For as long as I can remember, pursuing a healthy lifestyle has been a passion of mine. This enthusiasm has influenced many aspects of my life. It led me to earn an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics, to become a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and it continues to motivate me to stay up to date on the exciting developments in nutrition and wellness. My interest in health along with my eagerness to help people encouraged me to create the Stephanie Jill Healthy Living program.
My program is not about following a new diet that will lead to instant results. Instead, it is a comprehensive program that incorporates many aspects of one’s life: diet, exercise, hydration, sleep, self-care, relationships, and stress. As a Registered Dietitian, I am able to create personalized meal plans for you and your family. I can provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to attain lasting changes and to help you reach your goals. Making changes can be challenging and that is why I will be with you every step of the way.

She has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University, a Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from New York University, is a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), and is a Nutritious Life Master Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach.
Stephanie uses her education, training, life experiences and past employment skills to design effective health and wellness programs for clients. These programs are tailored to each individual and focus on a balanced diet, adequate hydration, physical activity, sleep, self-care, and more.
